These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Golden Sword Hardware website and any orders you place with us. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, in which case we will notify you and offer a full refund.

Payment

We accept KNET, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, cash on delivery, and bank transfer. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed or, for cash on delivery, once the order is placed.

Shipping and delivery

We offer express and standard delivery across Kuwait. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as weather or courier delays.

Returns and refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a return to be accepted, except where the item is faulty.

Product information

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations in packaging or specification from the manufacturer may occur.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, and the Golden Sword Hardware name and logo — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

Limitation of liability

Golden Sword Hardware is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by Kuwaiti law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
